In addition, they are each carrying a stuffed animal in the shape of a duck, and a plate of food with a sandwich and small box of milk on top.
They are most likely participating in an initiation rite.
Behind them can be seen the exterior of Faith Hall, which has a covered entranceway with a sign that reads, "Class of '60."
On the back of the photograph is the note, "Delta's probates."
